There are no shortcuts to success. Success requires goal setting, preparation, determination, perseverance – and most importantly hard work. There is no getting around it; hard work is necessary for success. As we prepare ourselves for success, don’t look for the easy way, the get-rich-quick route, the “call this 1-800 number” solution, or the “read-this-book-and-all-your dreams-will-come-true” method. The shortcuts don’t work; they usually land us right back to square one. But hard work wins every time.
Today let’s be motivated to working hard so that we may experience success. A little motivation is all we need!
The late innovator and business man Steve Jobs said, “Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking. Don’t settle. As with all matters of the heart, you’ll know when you find it. And, like any great relationship, it just gets better and better as the years roll on.”
Today let’s be motivated to identifying what we love to do, and doing it. A little motivation is all we need!
De elders dem does say: Hurry dog does eat raw meat. We have grown into an instantaneous culture. We want everything to happen immediately. But not everything can happen at the snap of a finger or the blink of an eye. Many things need time to be developed and nurtured. Patience is key. Patience doesn’t mean sitting idly by and waiting for something to happen. Patience means working diligently to make things happen, and allowing the appropriate time for them to happen.
Today, let’s be motivated to practicing patience. A little motivation is all we need.
